WHY THE BLOG YOU MAY ASK ?

This a place for new and existing Sunday school teachers to come and read and comment on fails and victories. Every year there are new teachers and old both need encouragement at times. This year we have a new leadership group coming in Peggy has moved on to the ministry in Connel with Dan they will do well there. Greg and Michelle are in the driver seat now excellent leaders and both are extremely devoted to the children's ministry they high are energy and efficient lots will get done. Matt Kessie is also involved in the leadership now awesome guy full of knowledge and truly loves ministry to all age groups. With new leaders comes change as we had when Jackie and Peggy and Shana took over from Robin and Kim we have been blessed with excellent leaders in children's ministry for many years now and it will continue with the new group coming in. One big change this year is the curriculum which I am by the way very excited about I feel it will offer a challenge to us as teachers to learn new things and also rekindle the old it will give us more content in the classroom in the way of foundational teaching. It's amazing how much God teaches us when we are prepping for the following Sunday. When we are learning our kids will learn also. God share's His infinite wisdom so we can also share with others.  John 1:5   That light shines in the darkness, yet the darkness did not overcome it. Luke 8:16“No one lights a lamp and then covers it with a bowl or hides it under a bed. A lamp is placed on a stand, where its light can be seen by all who enter the house. Remember we are to bring that light of Jesus into the classroom this is what changes these kids lives a relationship with Jesus remember to keep it fun and lead these kids to Jesus.
